1. Open to PHILIPPINE residents only!

2. GCASH is the only mode of payment I will accept.

3. NO HAGGLING! Prices are final.

4. Shipping is FIXED at PHP 120, no matter how many items your purchase. Shipping is usually via LBC because it is my preferred courier. No haggling on the shipping fee please! Usually I pay more than PHP 120 to ship the items, and I take extra care in packing them.

5. If you are interested in anything, please EMAIL me at jen.basbas@gmail.com and indicate the items you'd like to purchase along with your cellphone number so I can get in touch with you. I will NOT entertain orders left in the comments or cbox.

6. First come, first serve. I will NOT accept any more reservations.

7. NO MEET UPS. Due to my hectic schedule, I will not be able to do meet ups anymore. Please understand that I have a full time job.
